It seems like Portland has Mexican restaurants everywhere you look. They range from large sit-down restaurants, to small family restaurants, to the taco truck on the corner. It's a pretty competitive market and we see many of them come and go. Tonight however, we went to one of the favorite local Mexican restaurants, El Indio. This place is authentic! I remember when they started up, back in the 80's and we wondered if they'd make it. Well, 25 or so years later, they're still around! Tonight we enjoyed feasting on Chicken Fajitas. Can you say, "YUM?" I'm saying, "Ugh!" I ate too much!
