Tonight was one of those nights...lots to do around the house, but I had to get some cupcakes made. Don't look too closely, because this was a RUSHED decorating job. Anyway, these spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting are to be consumed by the staff at my school as a part of the birthday celebration this month. We'll have four kinds of cupcakes to offer to the guests...spice, chocolate w/cream cheese filling, raspberry lemonade, and white with pink bubblegum frosting. Yum!
